Coconut water once a day is enough

Why once a day only ? If renal function is good there should be no problem. Metabolically potassium is exchanged with Na i.e. Na is lost in urine if K is to be absorbed. It's a normal physiological process in the cells and in the nerve conduction. whenever Na effluxes out of cells as in an impulse conduction K gets into the cells. Without which Na can't come out. It's said to be good for healing. Low sodium salts have K instead of Na. Our black salt and rock salts are high in K. K keeps blood pressure under control. Our coconut should be high in K.

If you have any further information regarding "coconut water not good " please let me know.

@Anup

He is not diabetic. Sugarcane juice not good for us but for him an instant source of energy. Nothing wrong for him if taken in moderation. Jaggery / gud is also good. An instant energy. Gud with copra good for him.

Yes. If someone takes plenty of coconut water unjudiciously he/ she may have harm because Na is very important for cell functions. And taking coconut water unjudiciously depletes the body of Na.
