For both your problems ,swelling of feet and frothy urine,get your kidney investigated thoroughly. At this early stage kidney damage can be reversible. So no time to waste.

Do the pathological test for kidney. renal profile.

Humble suggestion.

I agree all of the above.

But, before embarking on any of them, pls check with your doctor on the impact on kidney...... just to ensure that you take remedial measures before allowing it to get to the next level.

Asanas and other exercises DO WORK ...... YES.......but takes some time.
