Yes it does look like long wheat. I too am following LWMDR and happy with the results. For more information go through the posts on this. Many have given information about its usage. Best of luck and do keep us posted. When i first had it for dinner as a mash my next day fasting fell to 77 from 110. Now it ranges between 82 to 95. I am without any medicines from 5th of June 15
