I have not used long wheat but I will tell you that you need to eat breakfast. Go with one coffee in the morning after you eat something. 2-3 coffees and milk upto lunch is not good for your body and will not help stabilize the blood sugar levels.

What are your fasting and PP numbers?

Fasting some times, 104'. 99'. And. 124. Pp 146'. 160' 190 varies, in November. 2014' hb1 9.8. Before one month it's 7.2'. What is your diet chart sir

Diabetes can be kept in control (normal blood sugar levels) but it can also start getting worse. Sadly there is no cure for diabetes because diabetes is not a disease it a metabolic disorder.

Malliswari your A1c has gone down from 9.8 to 7.1 so that is good. I have not read about long wheat diet and dont know much about it. But be careful about blindly following people's advice.

One diet can work for several people but how much improvement in blood sugar over time depends on each individual person. You may see better results than someone else or your results may not be as good as theirs. Keep monitoring your bs levels and follow a diet that works good for you in lowering your A1C further. Good luck.

Very fine sir, yes I skipped n letter of course , sorry, I have knowledge about diabetis and how to control but I don't know the name long wheat, after coming to this form I knew it. Diabetis is hereditary, means weak immune system, where our bodies unable to get magnesium phosphate which regulate the food conversion, as energy

This is our body system, we have a worker lady, very fat body, eats only 50 gms of rice at lunch and night

,morning 2 idli. Once in a week fasting, she never eats any thing else only tea, 2'. 3 times, she had no health problems, I knew her for the past 10 years, her age 58 years, very very strong, I feel jealous on her energy, of course she is a servant maid to me, I am very very jealous on her, there are 2 types of bodies weak immune deficiency, like us, strong immune deficiency, like my servant, taking less food is difficult to us, so we have to use long wheat, Emma's wheat and some other wheats may be eincorn wheat etc, among them Emma's long wheat is good, very very slow digestion, because of its minerals and vitamins, which are inside the grain and also as well as in its husk, weak bodies should have more vit and minerals etc, more than carbohydrates and sugars, unfortunately we are addicted to high carbohydrate. Foods and sweats, so weak immune system, unhealthy food, causes us diabetis, hence... Am I boring sir, okey we will meet in posting sir, thank u

I have read your LCHF Diet plan for the past few days. It is quit interesting and can be followed easily for desparate people like me .Your information is like reaching oasis while searching water in desert in years. After studying your 60% fat 20% carbs and 20% proteins I planned my food like this.can you give any suggestions after reading this.

I am 58 years of age 60 kg weight 170 centimeters height Hence i need

1377 calories per day as i am not doing physical strain job.

lchf required for day 87 grms fat 65 grms carbs and 65 grams protein

As pr LCHF I have choosen menu like this

Item weight Kcalories Fat -grms CarbsGrms Protein-Grms

ghee 20 grams 175.2 19.896 0 0.056

cheese 200 grams 806 66.280 2.56 49.8

gerkins 200grams 200 0.38 8.24 1.24

whearflour 40 grms 135.6 0.748 29.028 5.48

onion 100 grams 42 0.08 10.11 0.92

TOTAL 760 GRMS 1252.8 87.774 61.308 60.306

Daily four times sugarless tea i am taking and i am doing sitting job withour

physical strain.

In the absense of cheese I would take 100 grams Peanuts/50 grams coconut/3 eggs to match 60%fat20%carbs20%protein

I take 200 to 400 grams vegitables in cuuries using ghee as VCO not availbale in our Guntur Town.

First time I saw that Mr. Anup has recommended rice to a diabetic. :D :D

Why people are thinking about curing diabetes. Come on ........

If you are not taking any tablet then its already cure. Yes you have to maintain your healthy lifestyle. Living a healthy lifestyle is always a good thing for anyone. We Indian are very lazy and the most important thing is we are not trying to change ourself.

I am enjoying new life style. No stress at all. Only thing i am struggling is "Amount of workout" i will figure it out surely. My body is adjusting to the workout now.

FBS 90's

PPBS after 30min 110

RBS in 90's.

HBA1C 5.3

Hi Anup

I am new to the blog. You are a testimony to LCHF diet working really well. In my previous post I listed my diet who closely mirrors yours. My post meal BS goes below 140 only after 3 hours. I keep my breakfast light and lots of salad using almost the same ingredients as you listed along with 1 roti. I take only type of carb. If I eat rice, I skip the roti. I brought my metformin dosage to 1000 mg and started taking Ayurvedic meds. I am not sure what else I can cut down. Any thoughts ?
