Which is best for diabetic neuropathy

To my knowledge,only thing you can do about neuropathy is to keep the sugar levels under control.I was prescribed tab Neuromin OD once daily to prevent this problem ,but I am not sure how effective it is.I use Diafoot cream for the burning sensation in the feet and moisturizing cream for skin burning sensation.

Diafoot cream used by me also as per diabetologist since 1995 is known to have been banned and so please take care accordingly

Best to walk non stop 40 minutes in the morning.

with positive thinking& tension free.

make juice 70 to 100 gram in the early morning before taking any .for 21 days.
