Kyenaidu: I guess you are probing desirability of using gum. I have come across better grade scientific studies that establish slower/lower spikes even if oatmeal porridge and complex foods are consumed.. HOWEVER, I have not come across any deterministic study that establishes faster reversal or better blood glucose average because of gum or oat consumption.
