It helps to control on moderate use for T2 patients. In Bengal a special tastefully dal is prepared with this called chaltadal.

Otherwise I may advice you Jamun seeds dried and powdered - take 1 or 1/2 teaspoon every morning in empty stomach with water. and go for a walk. You will feel better.

Is it really chalta tenga. How to use it for D2.

Use Jamune ki guthli,Neem ki namoli,Bala,Keekar ki phali, Hard,Bera Amla, Desi mango ki guthli, Methi (cine man) Karela, Gurmar.Snau ke patte (12 items ) from Shop of PAN SARI Available throughout North India,grind them make powder ,take two tea spoons in the morning, evening. it is very beneficial for T2 d,and constipation.
