The best NATURAL way to remove Kidney stone is by eating Banana Tree Stem. Now this is not a big task provided you take some effort to procure it through some vegetable vendor / KERALA stores who usually stock these items.

Preparation of this item is very simple . Remove the outer covering till you find a solid stem inside. Cut the STEM into small pieces & while cutting you will find small fiber like threads coming out along with the cut pieces. Please remove them as much as possible. Soak the cut pieces in water added with TURMERIC powder at least for two hours. Later remove & cook them properly. You can have regular BHAJI type or normal DAL adding salt & other spices according to your taste. We have been eating this item from our childhood and also recommend to our friends for Kidney stone problems.

There are four major types of kidney stones.

* Calcium is the most common type of stone. Calcium can combine with other substances, such as oxalate (the most common substance), to form the stone.

* A uric acid stone may form when your urine contains too much acid.

* A struvite stone may form after an infection in your urinary system.

* Cystine stones are rare. The disease that causes cystine stones runs in families.

Treatment depends on the type of stone and the severity of your symptoms.
