brain health and high carbohydrate diet,a new study report.

It is commonly believed that a calorie is a calorie.But there is great difference between our sources of calorie in terms of impact on our health specially brains health.Carbohydrate calories which elevate blood sugar are detrimental to human.physiology and human health than are calories derived from healthful sources of fat.Recent reports in medical literature link carbohydrate rich diets to greater risks for brain shrinkage, dementia,Alzheimer disease ,impaired cognition and other disorders.

So is it not prudent to reduce amount of carb in our diet irrespective of whether we are suffering from dm or not.As every one knows "Health is lost every thing is lost"Don't you agree?
