I was reading a book on nature cure. As per this if pancreas is under active one suffers from high BS and also high BP. If the pancreas is overactive it is opposite. The pancreas produces more insulin. Such people are often not fat and the insulin burns the sugar fast resulting in low BS, low BP and often sudden weakness and often migraine. The people are often easy to get irritated as less BS leads to discomfort. If you tell yr ager, ht, wt, sex, veg/non veg, exercise regime/lifestyle and yr BS and BP readings my friends here will help you help yrself. Remain in good mood and never be on empty stomach for over 2 hrs. Keep some kismish, kaju and badaam (California are no good- all oil extracted through solvent extraction - get kashmiri in shells, crack them yr self fresh) in a small box. If u are a lady keep some dark choc and enjoy life as yr enemies suffer. Eat pomegranates, water melon, mangoes, milk and have a great time. Avoid Karela and any food which is bitter as it will stimulate yr pancreas more.

Blood Sugar is essential part to get energy by cells.Normaly it ranges between 60-90 mgm% in fasting 90-120 mgm& 2 hrs after meal. Due to any reason if it goes below 60 mgm% is called as low blood sugar. At this level we feel hunger. In DM it is dangerous. Low BP is good for Heart provided it is normal person. There is no relation in low BP & Low sugar normaly but in DM it is common.

70 mg/dl is the lowest level of blood sugar. In healthy persons, Pancreas stops production of Insulin after two hours of any meal & when the blood sugar level reach this point (near 70), some hormones (like cortisol) convert stored fat into glucose & tops up & prevent low sugar problem. In diabetics who are under medication, Pancreas produces Insulin under the whipping of medicine & so may not stop at 2 hours after meals. Hence even when BS is near 70, Pancreas may still be producing Insulin & makes sugar go below 70.

Low blood sugar is detrimental to health & sometimes to life.

Low BP can be due to several reasons. One of those is consumption of less than usual quantity of salt for a long time. It can be rectified by increasing salt consumption to the usual level.
