You should be asking tjis questions to a qualified medical practitioner and not yo a bunch of patients.

Be careful before you change any doses or medicines.

Dont change the drug ie. Gliclazide. Instead of change, increase the drug to 1 tab. daily before breakfast.it will be well controlled.

It would be better to remain with same drug as your reports are a bit satisfactory. dont switchover to Glimipride 1 mg/2 mg.

Hi green780,

12 days ago you had said "there is no medicines in the world that challenge the diabetes to cure. everybody may bein sustained life or controlled life prevention is better than cure." ( healthunlocked.com/diabetes... )

10 days ago ( that is after 2 days) I responded "Hi green780, If you have not seen my diabetic experience kindly have a look at healthunlocked.com/diabetes... MY POST 1: Diabetes cured."

Since no response was there from you so far, I was under the impression that you have understood everything. Your 3 days old remark (above) indicates the other way. You & me joined healthunlocked.com/diabetesindia almost the same time. Repeating identical details several times was found to be boring to members here; that is why I created 'posts' here and give a brief mention of it & add the link to it. More details are at my web-article & so give its links as & when found essential.

For your benefit I repeat:

LWMDR

Yes Diabetes Mellitus (DM) can be regressed/retarded & finally stopped. Follow the Long Wheat Mash Diet Regimen - treatment for permanent cure. It cured my diabetes in 2009.

I was diabetic only for three years from 2006. Lab results are published in the Web Article. More than 28,000 people have read it.

Just search Long Wheat in Google; my article will come as the FIRST one out of 116,000,000 results!!(As on 5Aug2013)

Long Wheat Mash Diet Regimen (LWMDR) Modus operandi

In order to obtain initial conditions, get FBS, PPBS & HbA1C tests done before hand.

1. Facilitate required (optimum-NOT maximum) rest to pancreas by TOTALLY AVOIDING sweet intake; avoid fruits as well till getting CURED.

2. Substitute break fast and dinner by long-wheat kanji (porridge/mash) with a pinch of salt as required and curries (hot/sour side dishes - with no sweet). Continue lunch as it is (with oil, fat, potato, tapioca & sweet restrictions). Take all the three meals stomach full. As body extracts micro medicine from LWM, intake is to be equispaced & voluminous; hence LWM swapped with staple part of breakfast & dinner.

3. Reduce food intake frequency by postponing &/or combining and filling the gaps with plain water. May eat or drink more if number of intakes is three (3) or less including refreshments (snacks, tea, coffee, cool drinks etc.) in a day. Reduce oil & fat intake.

4. Brisk, medium or at least normal walk preferably for an hour daily.

Caution

1. Buy & use only unbroken long-wheat lest you should be cheated.

2. If blood sugar does not start decreasing in a month, avoid smoking & liquor if you are in the habit of having them.

3. Monitor blood sugar regularly - PPBS weekly, FBS at least monthly and HbA1C quarterly.

4. If already on tab. or insulin inj. one must continue those & monitor blood sugar MORE FREQUENTLY, preferably daily, at least FOR A WEEK. Else one may slip into low blood sugar problem (hypoglycaemia?).

Neglecting any of the above eight points (four of modus operandi and four of caution) is similar to removing one of the legs of a table.

As you approach CURE, progress will be slower.

IF ANY ONE START LWMDR, DO NOT STOP PRESENT MEDICATION ABRUPTLY; IT WILL CAUSE THE BLOOD SUGAR TO SHOOT UP. TAPER DOWN (REDUCE) MEDICINES GRADUALLY DEPENDING ON REDUCTION OF BLOOD SUGAR, AS PER YOUR DOCTOR'S ADVICE OR BASED ON YOUR JUDGEMENT IN CONSULTATION WITH ME. LWMDR is not just drinking Long Wheat Mash, it is a Diet Regimen. One has to follow associated restrictions also since Long Wheat does not have muscle power like chemical drugs.

Curing Diabetes is like driving, swimming or bicycling; guidance & supervision are highly desirable while learning.

Please report progress for the benefit of others.

Please use the appropriate window so that the responses will reach the desired person.
