Since 12th of Sept.2013, I am consuming "Herbalife Products" for their "Weight loss program" and lost around 4.5 to 4.7 Kg in 44 days. I am of 68 years age having height of 176 cm. My weight on 12 th sept. was 77 kg and now it is 72.3 Kg. These products are nutritious food supplements and having lot of Vitamins,minerals low calorie and low fats. These are not any medicine. 1. Never intake cold things like water, ice-cream etc.
2. Dont drink water before half an hour and after one hour after your meals
3. Maintain input-output ratio of intake-consumption of energy derived from food.
