You have not indicated your urine and blood test results.Uncontrolled diabetes can cause severe weight loss.Only a comprehensive clinical diagnosis will identify your problem.You need to consult a specialist diabetologist,not a general practitioner.

In Govt. & Govt. aided hospitals all types of medicines will not be available. Your present doctor might have changed the medicine & the current one may not be sufficient to handle your diabetes levels. It might have increased. Increased diabetes can cause weight loss. It may be good to consult again.
