It should be made mandatory that during periodically checking of eyes the intra occular pressure (IOP) must be evaluated as a part of routine checking. Even MCI should ensure that the opthamologist do have these facilities. In my case though I was getting my eyes checked BUT none of them ever checked it whereby there is a severe damage in my vision.
Even I would suggest that a standard evaluation form should be developed for patient and given to him for his record.
