As per my enquiry with a lab technician,there may be a deviation of + or - 10 points from the lab tests.You can test the accuracy by having a simultaneous test with glucometer and lab.Also,glucometer readings can at best be used as an indicator of the sugar level trends and not for clinical purposes.
