I am taking millet for the past 7 weeks and no rice milk curd my present sugar level is 300 not taking any tablet how to reduce sugar wkg

Venkates: A serving of about 175 gram millet (cooked weight, 210 calories)gives a whopping 41 gram of carb. I assume you take it as porridge. I think you have to go high fat, high protein and low carb.

I perceive if millet is made as porridge, about 180 ml (three quarter water glass quantity)(would give 210 calories and 40 g carb. I think you have used uncooked weight. I think millet is a 'no go area' for diabetics.

SIR,

I presume you are from karnataka if so start eating Ragi in maharashtra it is called as nachni.you will the effect. since you are taking any medicine it is good.First in a glass of water put 1 spoon of methi seeds add Natures Karela+jamunplus amlajuice plus alovera juice all one spoon each drink this in early morning including soaked methis seeds with I trust your BS will definitely come down

Hello, why are u playing with your diabetic condition which is beyond your control. you have to visit a physician and to start allopathic medicine immediately, one hour walking is very good with medicine, diet etc.
