How to reduce Glucose in pregnancy? I have 200 now. Is it very high or no need to worry as I am only 22 wks pregnant.

hai, don't too much worry . Gestation period sugar level increase is very common now. don't worry about it. Your dr will take care of that part. hope u understand.................by ..............thank u

During this time the body itself take its protection.Moreover u are under a doctor's hand. what i am telling is that too much anxiety is not good. hope u get the message.

Blood sugar 200 appears to be on the higher side; normal high for PPBS is 140 & FBS is 110. As you are in the family way better to find out a good gynecologist & follow the advices. For some ladies gestational diabetes will vanish with confinement, but not for all. Try substituting the staple part of your breakfast (like iddli, dosa, chappathy, puttu, upma, rice etc) & dinner by Long Wheat Mash. Long wheat contains almost as much starch as rice or ordinary wheat.
