Is insulin a temproary controler or permanently one should use it. Pls advice.

Insulin is required every time you consume food.In a normal person the pancreatic gland releases insulin as when we eat.But among diabetics,the gland fails to do so and therefore we supplement with insulin injections.So,as long as we eat food we need insulin injections.

How i can maintain the control diabetes by diet,exercise and other physical activity?

I am 57 years old and diabetic since one year.

You cannot compensate the resultant weakness with liquor, food or medicines.

A DIABETES PATIENT (also known as A DIABETIC) need NOT starve. PROPER or APPROPRIATE food can be eaten EVEN FULL STOMACH THRICE DAILY! Try to understand diabetes & conquer it like me.

While following the Long-wheat diet explained in the article referred below, non-vegetarians can have MEAT/FISH/EGG in moderate quantities as side-dishes/curries.

I was diabetic from 2006; but NOT diabetic from 2009. I studied Diabetes thoroughly, because it was to solve MY problem.

Insulin injection also is a temporary measure for ever, like tablets. That is why when I became diabetic I took a different unbeaten track & got myself cured.

People who are not & could not be CURED of diabetes will & can only say that it can NOT be CURED.

But people who are CURED can not say so. They will say DIABETES IS CURED, BECAUSE IT IS THEIR OWN EXPERIENCE.

I am cured of diabetes Type II & so I keep saying that AT LEAST TYPE II DIABETES IS CURABLE.

It is up to the patients to decide whom to believe & follow. If one follow a wrong path one will reach only a wrong destination.

Those who do not want cure can believe those who are not cured & those who can not cure.

I can only tell. I cannot make them do what I did.

There is a proverb "THE JOCKEY CAN ONLY TAKE THE HORSE TO A STREAM" which means that THE PROCESS OF DRINKING WATER TO QUENCH THE THIRST IS TO BE DONE BY THE HORSE ONLY; jockey is helpless in that.
