please be cautious in using herbal products from sources uncertain of quality.

Some of the ingredients like bhasmas can be potentially harmful if it is not properly prepared and you may land in kidney problems

some like too much of fenugreek can also harm your liver.

go for reputed concerns like kottakkal,kerala or dabur, zandu etc.

still better go to a qualified ayurvedic physician
