when we sleep at night our body starts repairing. body cellular system uses every bit of nutrition for trillion cells forming tissues making organs. therefore when we wake up in the morning our body is nutrition defecient and we use almost 1 litre of water in this period of repair.

in the morning we need nutrition i.e protiens ,carbs, fat ,vit & min, fiber and most important water.

what we eat is food but we need is nutrition that too balance nutrition.

King size does not mean to be full of carbs. We can take rich food which is suitable for diabetics also but it should give energy to our body which to be consumed through out the day. Lunch should be light and more particularly dinner should be avoided or very light.

Mr. wellness2lifestyle,

King size does not mean to be full of carbs. We can take rich food which is suitable for diabetics also but it should give energy to our body which to be consumed through out the day. Lunch should be light and more particularly dinner should be avoided or very light.

Please know that professionally qualified doctors can not cure diabetes rather just control it. The artificial insulin and other medicines have side effects and does more harm in due course. So it's better that non-professionals who have rich experience in Ayurveda and naturopathy should be considered seriously. Ultimately this is a site for well-wishing for all. Of course, those who have no knowledge should be avoided as "little knowledge is dangerous thing." But EXPERIENCE COUNTS BETTER THAN QUALIFICATION.
