i am taking blisto 1 mf in the morning after breakfast,but my sugar levels are hovering around, fasting is 200-220, urine sugar is 1%.post prandial is 360-385,urine sugar is 2% i have tried yoga, walking and a few exercises but nothing has brought my sugar under control.can someone competent advise me what future course of action to be taken.i also have severe mood swings.sureshkuki.
