I am suffering from diabetes since 17 years and uncontrollable. Advice me for foot care and foot burning.

Due to high blood sugar levels (at any point of time 300 except in fasting and 200 in fasting), I am suffering from pain in calf muscle, severe foot burning and tremendous weakness in thigh muscles and forearms. I need a good and honest advice to cure the above problems.

If your high blood sugar could not be controlled by oral hypoglycemic agents (anti-diabetic medication), then adopt / change to insulin therapy. Due to high blood sugar peripheral blood vessels will be damaged by atherosclerosis. Poor blood circulation causes death of nerve cells causing diabetic neuropathy. There is cure for this condition but further deterioration can be prevented. Controlling high blood sugar by diet, exercise and anti-diabetic medication is the only solution to solve the problem. Pregabalin is used to relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves) that can occur in your arms, hands, fingers, legs, feet, or toes if you have diabetes

Kindly let me know what diet you are following to bring down sugar level

I do get burning and some kind of vibrating sensation at my foots since a week. I had blood test done today and my fasting sugar is 110 and post food its 183. I Take Glycomet GP1 500 MG every day before brakefast
