Dear.George. I take insulin twice a day, for many years now., besides other medicines prescribed by my physician. Will LW Mash help?

It is working for me.Why don't you try?It is natural food and tastes just like any other wheat.

Dear Mr. venkataramana. Thanks for your reply. I am eating lapsi made of long heat, for lunch every day for the past few days. My query was whether I should instead start taking "kanji" made of long wheat, as recommended by Mr. George.

Result is same in any form of cousine as long as you take genuine long wheat/Khapli wheat/emmer wheat.
