Your control appears to be good.Medication is not the only solution for managing diabetes.Please consider the following suggestions:

The idea should be to reduce consumption by least 200 to 300 calories per day to gain significant results.

Last but not the least one should lead a stress free life style. Stress is a recognized trigger for diabetes. Practice relaxation techniques like breathing exercises,yoga etc.
You should go for quarterly check ups and annual comprehensive review with an experienced diabetologist and follow the prescriptions scrupulously

Your fasting blood sugar is normal. However you should try to maintain blood sugar level below 100mg/dL.
Your post-prandial blood sugar is normal (<180 mg/dL.) Your target blood sugar level should be <140 mg/dL.
* Avoid single high concentrated meals.
* Small frequent meals, more times in a day.
* Avoid consuming food after 6:00 pm. (Alternate medicine).
* Exercise (brisk walking) daily for about 30 minutes.
