well my sugar level fasting is 103 AND POST LUNCH IT IS 196. MAY i KNOW THE REASON? AND THE REMEDIAL MEASURES?

It means you are not taking diabetes medicines before meals.
Only reason is that you are taking your meal not in time...please make the schedule and with + / - 5 minutes finish your meal. then see the magic
