May be you are using acarbose or voglibose in excess doses.

I too had gastric problems and my diabetologist referred me to a gastro enterologist. He examined all the medicines I take for various problems and told me that none of the medicines are causing gastric problems.Then he did a procedure called enteroscopy which reveals if there is any problem in the colon and large intestine,Nothing there also.Since then.I started taking good quantities of water daily( about 3 lit)Right now I am free of any gastric problems.I hope this information may be of some help.
