I believe these kind of issues are highly individual specific and greatly influenced by their lifestyles.Better consult a lady gynaecologist.

This is not an individual q &this is expienced by 80% of d menupause women .you have commented it very lightly. Even the gynaecologist what they do is they put them on HRT tell the pts see the endocrinologist for the further needful.Lot of women they are not IN A position to reveal this to any body & this is not the way to comment like this I hope u would understand the situations of the elderly females.
With regards
Dr Channesh .
What you have written exactly underscores my point.I have the highest concern for the well being of our elderly ladies and because I am aware that they cannot disclose their problems openly I suggested that they consult a lady gynaecologist,Many on this site may not understand what is HRT,let alone suggest it scientifically.I do not see anything inappropriate in suggesting that the only recourse is to have a direct consultation with a gynaecologist.
Use some water based cram
Using HRT during menopause helps to relieve the symptoms. It is very helpful in hot flashes, mood swings, night sweats and vaginal dryness. Since, you also have T2 diabetes, use HRT only in case you have severe hot flashes and these can’t be managed by any other medication. If you do not opt to start HRT then discuss with your GP regarding your diabetes medication. Your GP might alter the dose than what you were having before menopause.
