How much Mangos a normal diabetic with allopathic medicine can take per day? What is the glycemic index of mangoes?
Ripe banana is 62 and grapes 59.So,mango must be higher than that.Avoid completely,or at least have very small portions.
You claim to that you have a 100% cure for diabetes.To my knowledge there is no absolute cure for this disease, it can be brought down with the use of insulin or allopathic drugs like metformin.Can you substantiate your claim with sufficient proof that can be checked out by those interested.Documentary evidence for instance of those with diabetes being completely cured.If so pls make it known to this panel and then only will you get people to contact you for your wonder drug.If you do not however pls leave this forum, its for genuine people having health issues only not for charlatans who capitalize on the weakness in both mind and body of innocent victims.Have a great day...

as rightly suggested ripe mangoes are of high glycemic value.but there is no need to deprive you of mouth watering delicious mangoes.eat a couple of slices and balance by cutting down a bit of carb.
Yes, I agree. The little quantity is always better, even two to three slices will do.

there is a research in America that appears all leading news paper that mango is good for diabetic people and it also it help to lower high blood pr. i dont know but it filled the joy of eating among all mango eaters having diabetics.
