ONE SHOULD SOAK SOME FENUGREEN IN A GLASS OF WATER FOR OVER NIGHT,

IT SHOULD BE TAKEN IN THE EMPTY STOMACH IN THE MORNING AND V SHOULD GO FOR A 20 MINUTE MORNING WALK.
