Diabetes and Hypertension can cause by (1) Hereditary from your father side, (2) Late eating (3) More Sugar intake (4) Obesity (5) Too much alcohol intake. (6) Lack of body exercise (7) Stress (8) unhealthy food intake (9) Too much fatty food intake etc. Please note most Diabetes cases lead to Hypertension.
