Hello I've never posted on here before I wonder ifor anyone can give me advice just had hbi1c test it was 5.1 am told ito too high I'm 5 foot eleven and 13 stone 6lbs 67 years old in reasonable health still working in manual job tree surgeon I should add I had a liver transplant 4 years ago and had diabetes after tansplant but it resolved itself after a few weeks .can I lower it through diet .I like my food but eat healthy try to limit sugar intake never eat fast food I cook as does my wife try to limit my cards I have porridge ever morning thanks
