Wow! So glad to be here! Most of these sites are supervised by individuals who will not share in natural Cures!

Anyone have Blood Sugar numbers in the 400 to 600 range like me?

Yes, your kind of readings are possible at diagnosis at the first instance !

But not thereafter once he gets diabetic education and learning!

If he or she visits a doctor, the doctor prescribes allopathy medicines... or if he is an ayurvedic medicines... Herbal...naturopathy ....then one tries different diet , exercise...

...The blood sugar comes down... Efforts to control sugar in non diabetics range .. solely by diet and exercise , life style changes and by minimal medicines such as Metformin known to cause least side effects...

But your kind of condition calls for immediate dr prescribed medicines to bring down your blood sugar to a level which can then be managed by diet , exercise and life style changes....and gradually allopathy Medicines can be reduced..

In this forum, you will get a lot of such tips ...
