Do not skip Breakfast!

Do you regularly skip your breakfast? If yes, you are making yourself more vulnerable to develop type-2 diabetes. Whenever you deprive yourself of food or go long without eating anything, your insulin levels are disrupted significantly and this in-turn might lead to this debilitating health condition in long-run.
