I can’t stop eating? (Painful)

So I’m 19 and I’ve been suffering with nausea for about 2 months. Doctor doesn’t seem to have a clue why. For the past week I’ve now been having extreme hunger pains if I don’t eat a full meal every 2 hours or so. I went 4 hours without eating today and it felt like my stomach was turning inside out. I also have been suffering with chronic fatigue for a year and they can’t figure that out either. The stomach problem is new. What could it be? I’m not pregnant and have recently had all bloods done and they have come back fine. I’m not diabetic.

What do you generally eat? How is your general health? Do you know what your bodyfat ratio is (your doctor can probably measure it for you)?

I would guess this is related to your fatigue. There isn't necessarily a diet fix for everything, but possibly your diet is making things worse.
