I have been dieting and walking and swimming and as a result have been able to reduce my hypertension medication. I am aiming at reversing pre-diabetes so the reduction in medication for hypertension is a bonus.
Following the 8 week blood sugar diet and using the accompanying recipe book.
Lucky it is the summer and I have become addicted to the walking. Not sure I will be as good when the weather is darker and colder.
No local support group so would love to hear from others doing the same
