I am 62 and i had stroke on my left region in November 2015. What shall I do to regain use of my left hand and the leg. Especially my left arm sag down and could not be lifted till now. Thanks for quick response. Amos

The best clue to come out from stroke is just physiotherapy . So consult with pysiotherapist . He will tell u exercises about it.
