bad month due to loss of mother 3 years ago

Sorry its taken some time to reply having a bad month this is the time my mother went into hospital and nether came out she died in January 3 years ago I know I am not the only one that's lost someone dear to them and they will know the feeling I have put 1 kg back on due to comfort eating will get back on track soon

Sorry to hear about your mum and sorry nobody else has replied. This forum seems like a ghost town! Hope you get back on track soon. My dad died 9 years ago in January and it took a good year for it to hit me properly and we all deal with things differently.
