I am 69 year old. I am and was overweight with 82 kg on and before march-- 2016.

In india, I was not aware of this forum.

I used walk daily early in the morning and evening. But no improvement in weight loss.

But when I came to USA IN March-2016, I came across this site/ forum.

And gave a try and started following the -LCHF and started getting result from June 2016.

1. It helped me improving the fasting sugar levels from 187 to 105 as on Sept 2016 .

2. I could reduce my weight from 82 kg to 74 kg

This is only because of minimized quantity of - CARBOHYDRATES , SUGAR.

Now, though weight is reduced, I feel more energetic than before,

Thanks to mr.Anupji and other senior members in the forum.

Within next 3 months , I am confident to achieve my goal to bring diwn weight to 150 ponds and sugar level to 90.

As regard my diet plan, I already posted on the forum id - SBJ1947
