OK guys, here's a bunch of stuff from Ivor Cummins. Now from my point of view, and I am seriously cogent with the biochemistry, it's a bit much.

If you are a researcher getting into the nuts and bolts great, but if someone looking for answers this will put you off. If so, here's what you need to consider from the the second chart on the right above:

Excessive fructose, excessive carb, sub optimal omega 3, excessive omega 6.

Simply?

Stop eating sugar (limit fruit) don't eat anything that comes in a packet, eat natural fats, don't eat fats that come from a processing plant and finally, ask your granny who doesn't have type two diabetes what she eats.
