Ooh may be just a bit of a tummy upset there seems to be one doing the rounds. It could also be a yeast overgrowth very common with diabetes, usually accompanied with smelly gas and bloating! It could be a sensitivity to certain foods gluten and dairy are the most common, if it doesn't clear you could try an elimination diet, I was diagnosed with IBS years ago but it is a lazy diagnosis. I have had to give up gluten dairy and yeast. I take 40 billion probiotic daily Holland and Barrett do a 20 billion high strength so 2 of those. A lot of gut problems are trail and error! But I would be surprised to find it was your insulin causing it....... Do you have any other illnesses?
