Here in Lagos, a woman prepared a drink for me so as to reduce the sugar level in my body and it worked but when I stopped it for a month it started to go up again.

yes. It's bitter leaves plus lime juice added with our Yoruba native chalk.

I ve now discovered that it is because I have been on insulin injections. My sister who used it says it worked for her when she took it with the right diets
