Don't stress too much, happens to the best of us sometimes. But an every time occurrence could be down to low blood pressure and should be something for the doctor to consider.

A bit of more detail would have been, more helpful. Causes of vertigo are many. If occurs once in a blue moon, then nothing not worry. Rightly said due to sudden fall in BP. Even anaemia will cause it. Vertigo may be caused by internal ear problems but that is very unusual. Most common is problem with cervical spine in your neck. Get to your doctor and get an X-ray of cervical spine to ascertain cause. The treatment is not difficult.

Take care

Good luck.

If it is specifically when rising from stooping and lasts a few minutes then it is most likely to be postural hypotension which is quite a normal reaction to straightening up quickly.  Being a bit slower in straightening up should solve the problem - but if it is lasting more than a minute or two or you are concerned about it then consult with a health care professional.
