My fatigue is caused by high blood sugar. I run between 300 and 450 plus I of on me to time twice a day

Have you tried eating less carbs.? Counting carbs. at each meal may help, as well.

I am watching my carbs . But I'm doing something wrong I start in the morning about 250 and the rest of the day and night it's in the 300's.

I am also having a heart catherization next week they found scar tissue from previous heart attack and looking for blockages so my exhaustion could be coming from that
