Happy to be with you Unlocked people and best wishes for the new year.

Last summer was a turning point for me, seeing my blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and triglycerides playind certain alarming tunes. With Doc's advice i started treating my hypertenstion and changing my life style. Low salt, low fat, low sugar and seeking sports. NHS 5k was a great help for rythming my walks and jugs. Four times a week for three months, values are getting back to normal. Great, but another problem appeared, getting cold feets and hands, less marked. Searching the net, two possible causes emerged Raynaud disease and prepheral circulatory diffeciency. I have tingling, numbness and cold sensations after sports and in cold days. Keeping warm socks all day does help. I am not sure of my diagnosis and would like to go on with sports even in winter. Any help!
