Managing diabetes is a life style commitment. Having a drink can be okay for some and another nail in your coffin for others.
Both good answers. Alcohol can be a hidden weapon. It has a lot of useless calories and if your on this site because of hypertension too (it usually goes with diabetes), then give it a miss. There are other things in life. the ODD drink is unlikely to hurt but if it's a regular session or daily then you're only harming yourself.
Alcohol is not yet good to the person with diabetes
Please alcohol it self takes a lot away from the body. Don't take it. You can use supplements that have chromium in them .
