Stop consuming sugar anyway. Listen to your grandparents, not your children.

It means just like cancer the cells go haywire, sameway the insulin that our body produces to breakdown carbohydates(white rice, white chapatis, cakes, pastries, soft drinks chocolates)sorry all that we take for granted to gulp down our greedy mouth; goes haywire. Hence your blood is cloged and it cannot flow freely around especially heart. So to help your loving self, if u love yourself, pls pls avoid NOW the above, and take lots of fruits, greens, chicken, nuts fish but mind you lots means less portions every little while to allow your deteriorating insides to handel with medications, digest the good foods. Make sure to measure your blood glucose level by keeping a meter at home and early morning see the sugar how heavy or normal it is in your system.
