If you are insisting in eating cakes, etc your kidneys wud be in trouble and cause leg swellings.

High blood pressure wud cause swellings.

No free flow from and to heart due to thickness of blood loaded with sugar wud cause leg swells.

Now i know the cause of swelling,in fact he even takes a bit of alcohol and i think this has affected him,the doctor said had has heart failure sometime
