Thank you for the welcome, I am new to this site so still finding my way about, great site with most health problems having their own section, I have Type 2 and only now after a couple of years have I got my diet more or less sorted, lost weight, nothing drastic just slowly, exercising is a problem at the moment, gyms are so expensive, and as for walking I have a mobility problem which can hamper things a bit, but we are working on It, it would be good if gyms had a decent discount for those with health problems.

I was not told many years ago how being type 2 diabetes, not exercise anf control eating , be on low carb diet I would do severe damage to my liver !! If you are a new diabetic, check it all out !!!

All ok , it's taken a couple of years to get things sorted, just took it slowly, 👍
