i have type 2 diabates since 1996. on insulin since 2003 . insulin esparta 100 6,10,5 and linctus 0,0,12. fasting sugar always high 125-150. any suggestion?

ehm...do you mean insulin aspart (rapid-acting) and lantus (long-acting)? if that is the case, I suggest increasing the long acting to 0, 0, 14 and see if that makes any difference, you can increase the long-acting by 2 units till your fasting sugar <120, then perhaps you can lower your aspart (rapid-acting) insulin

Sorry I properly missed understood what you meant , I thought you meant glucose reading of 125 !!,glad I was wrong , as you can tell I've only had type 2 for about 2 years , still learning , I hope you get it sorted x
