Do you use a CGM for tighter blood sugar control? What are your blood sugars for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Before going to bed? Has your doctor suggested that you go on a low carb high protein diet or a low carb high diet? What are your insulin dosage? How many carbs. for each meal/snack?

I have type 1 and I use a CGM and have been on a low carb high protein diet. I also eat gluten free.😀👍🌈

You can eat protein in your meals or snacks, but you don’t want to eat too much protein.
